Beyond Street Photography
Having a passion or a hobby is such an important part of the human experience. I had to try my hand at many things before clicking. I quickly realized I wouldn't become a world-class ballroom dancer, or a highly decorated Michelin-starred Chef. At a time where I needed to shift my own focus, I found street photography and it's stuck with me for over 7 years now.
I love being able to connect with people. I do it through photography, and this is a tool that we can use to tackle many topics. We can look at it from an inspirational stand-point, or simply introduce it as a novel creative outlet for people who may not have ever tried.
Together we can work on different things, on one hand we can do one-on-one coaching sessions where we look at your portfolio, and I’m also happy speaking at your next event. Snapping shots is a part of a greater whole and what I found through speaking goes beyond the lens. It's about encouraging others to see things through different perspectives.
1-1 With Rammy
Let's take a look at your work together and talk about where you want to go with your art. I can help review your photography, offer advice on how to improve, and suggest new paths that may be more effective. We can do this via an online call or video conference, and if you’re in town, why not meet up over coffee and work out a plan face-to-face.
I held my first talk in 2016 at the Faculty of Architecture with the Chiang Mai University. With a classroom of about 40 students we aimed together at finding new ways to look at structures, to introduce light, and overall think in different ways.
My talks and events so far have taken me in all corners of Thailand, as well as abroad. In the end we get to sit together and share a moment, share on perspectives that were shaped by different individuals, upbringings and cultures in a whole new light.
